I am leadership-focused transformational coach, yoga educator, and business strategist.

For over 20 years, I’ve guided individuals, leaders, and organizations through meaningful growth, transition, and alignment. My work bridges embodied wisdom with practical strategy, supporting people to lead, live, and build with clarity, integrity, and presence.

My background spans decades of teaching yoga, leading teacher trainings, and founding and directing a thriving yoga studio for more than ten years. After successfully building and selling that business, I began coaching yoga professionals, entrepreneurs, and leadership teams to create sustainable, values-driven organizations rooted in culture, connection, and purpose.

At the heart of my work is ontological coaching—the exploration of how we are being, not just what we are doing. By working at the level of identity, perception, and embodiment, lasting change becomes possible—not as self-improvement, but as alignment.
