Yoga Teacher Training - The 26+2 Series

Join me for my 7th annual Yoga Teacher Training Program in the style of The Classic 26 And 2, (Bikram Yoga)

Held in partnership with Missy Jones and participating studios.

This 200-hour program meets virtually as well as an in person immersion in Costa Rica. This program will cover modules related to teaching methodology, anatomy and physiology, history, lineage and philosophy, as related to the postures and breathing exercises and traditions that comprise the series.

The intention of this training is that, through the study of the Ghosh yoga lineage, participants experience a deepened connection to themselves, their practice, and their purpose (Dharma).

This 200-hour program guides trainees to effectively teach the 26 and 2 series in any yoga studio setting and also be given the skills to teach to a varied clientele. Trainees will come away with a clear understanding of the series, the proper posture mechanics both from a practitioners perspective as well as how to guide students in and out of postures, anatomy and physiology, and history lineage and philosophy, as they relate to the 26 and 2 Series.

Training contact hours include live yoga teaching practice with compassionate feedback and support from your trainers, lectures, and posture clinics with applicable modifications for common injuries and/or limitations.

This teacher training program is designed to help you expand your knowledge of - and experience with - yoga while empowering you as a yoga teacher and practitioner. You’ll graduate ready to teach and share the healing gifts of the 26 and 2 hot yoga series.

Yoga Teacher Training with Nina Rose

What My Graduates Had To Say About Their Experience:

"Nina has been one of the most profoundly impactful mentors and teachers to influence my practice and my life over the past 15 years.

As a yoga teacher, she is a genuine master, infusing each class with compassion, levity and an unparalleled depth of knowledge. I’ve completed two Yoga Teacher Training programs with Nina, both which were well-organized, comprehensive and incredibly empowering. Her seasoned, pragmatic mentorship has helped me develop my teaching skills and self-confidence with her unique blend of unwavering encouragement and penetrating insight that continually challenges and inspires me to grow as a yogi and human being. It’s not an exaggeration to say that I am simply a better person for having known Nina."

"From start to finish, Nina was there for us as a teacher, mentor, confidante, and friend.

In addition to the rigorous training itself, she brought in many unique elements that I related to as a life coach - like starting each weekend with an attunement and clearing and even bringing in her own coach to help us articulate our callings. (Fun fact: mine is still very much true for me and it guides my teaching style to this day). All through the training Nina was there to provide us with all the tools for success and to share her extensive experience with us. Even after the training, she continued to mentor us through the bridge program, which allowed us the opportunity to teach live classes in a safe space."

“No other experience in my life has contributed to my personal growth as deeply and permanently as this training.

I expected to strengthen my practice and deepen my knowledge of yoga theory/history, which happened, but I had not expected to develop such a deep, abiding love and respect for the practice of yoga as I now understand it, nor to form such strong and meaningful bonds with my fellow students, teachers and mentors.”

"Nearly 5 years later I am still teaching in studios and Nina is still my biggest supporter and role model.

Even if you're not sure you want to teach classes, anyone who gets the privilege of going through one of her teacher trainings will come out the other side feeling a deeper connection to themselves, the practice, and the community. I cannot recommend her trainings enough"

Michael Fine Yoga Teacher Guest with Nina Rose yoga

Michael Fine, Yoga Teacher, Mentor

This beautiful series figuratively and literally saved my life! I was rescued by this healing, therapeutic yoga after living my life in chronic, debilitating, 365 - 24/7 residual limb pain, the result of a head on collision at approximately 40 m.p.h. with a large, red concrete truck in April of 2010. The way forward was, is and will likely always be, my yoga practice, this beautiful, healing yoga series. In my years of practice, there has never been even one class where I haven’t felt less pain after those 90 glorious minutes than before I walked into that Hot Room! To date, I haven't found anything else that helps me in this way. As such, I call this yoga practice and series a universal truth. In other words, this yoga is a constant, like gravity, because it works each and every time that you practice! The mental and spiritual clarity that this magical 90 minute, open eyed, moving meditation provides is further icing on the yogic cake!
