From yoga student to teacher, studio manager, studio owner, and now business coach, I’ve experienced every layer of running a yoga or fitness business. I’ve been teaching since 2005, and from 2006–2010 I managed studios throughout Seattle and San Francisco, learning what truly makes a studio thrive: strong systems, empowered teams, clear communication, and a mission-driven community.

In 2010, I founded my own yoga + barre studio in Seattle, building it from the ground up—designing the space, hiring and mentoring teachers, creating sustainable revenue systems, cultivating a dedicated community, navigating countless challenges, and ultimately selling the business profitably after a decade of leadership.

Today, I bring that lived experience—combined with my Mind Body University Consulting Certification and years of professional coaching—to support yoga and fitness studio owners who want to work smarter, lead confidently, and build businesses that are both financially sustainable and deeply aligned with their values. My approach blends strategic planning, operational systems, organizational culture, and the heart-centered leadership that defines this industry.
