My Journey & Inspiration

Nina Rose Granatir

Leadership Coach · Culture & Experience Strategist · Founder

I am a senior people and culture leader with over two decades of experience building, scaling, and leading high-touch, experience-driven organizations. My work sits at the intersection of leadership, culture, and human connection — where presence becomes performance and values become revenue.

Over the course of my career, I have founded, grown, and sold a multi-location, subscription-based wellness company that served over 500 active members, employed more than 25 team members, and generated over $60,000 per month in recurring revenue. The business was acquired in 2020 following full financial diligence and SBA approval — a testament to the strength of the culture, systems, and leadership I built.

What made that business valuable wasn’t just its financials — it was the experience, loyalty, and leadership pipeline behind it. I built teams people wanted to stay on. I created cultures clients felt part of. And I designed operations that could scale without losing soul.

That is the work I now bring to leaders, founders, and organizations.

How I Work

My approach to leadership is rooted in ontological coaching — the study of who we are being, not just what we are doing. I am a graduate of the ICF-accredited Newfield Network, one of the world’s leading schools of embodied leadership and coaching.

I help leaders and teams:

  • Strengthen presence under pressure

  • Lead through complexity and change

  • Build cultures of accountability and trust

  • Create emotionally intelligent, high-performance environments

  • Align personal integrity with professional impact

This is leadership that is felt, not forced.
Embodied, not theoretical.
Sustainable, not extractive.

Why My Background Is Different

Before becoming a leadership coach, I spent over 20 years teaching yoga, training teachers, mentoring facilitators, and working in deeply human, emotionally charged environments. I didn’t just study leadership — I practiced it in rooms full of real people, real trauma, real ambition, and real transformation.

That experience gives me something rare:
I know how to lead humans, not just teams.

I understand:

  • Nervous systems under stress

  • Power dynamics in groups

  • Burnout, boundaries, and belonging

  • What creates safety — and what destroys it

This depth allows me to support executives, founders, creatives, and organizations with both strategic clarity and emotional intelligence — a combination increasingly essential in today’s workplaces.

Who I Work With

I partner with:

  • Senior leaders and executives

  • Founders and entrepreneurs

  • Creative and cultural institutions

  • Experience-driven and member-based brands

  • Teams navigating growth, change, or conflict

I also work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating transitions, leadership within their own lives, or seeking deeper alignment — particularly those integrating transformational or psychedelic-assisted experiences.

My Philosophy

The quality of our presence shapes the quality of our leadership.

When leaders are grounded, self-aware, and emotionally literate, organizations become healthier, more innovative, and more profitable. Culture stops being a “soft skill” — and becomes a competitive advantage.

This is the future of leadership.
And it’s the work I am here to do.

Wherever you are, and whatever you do, be in love.
